OIF/OEF
The mission and purpose of the Iraq Afghanistan Deployment Impact Fund is to expand assistance to American military personnel and/or their families or critical care givers who have unmet needs due to combat injury, physical or mental detriment, financial hardship or death, as a result of service in Iraq (OIF) or Afghanistan (OEF). Assistance is extended to active duty personnel, reservists, National Guard members, and veteran service members.
Initial funding for the Iraq Afghanistan Deployment Impact Fund was provided by the California Community Foundation.
